Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website available at https://voodoo-aussie.com (hereafter "Voodoo") and set out the rules for access to and use of the services described and reviewed on Voodoo as part of the Voodoo brand environment. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Operator means Dama N.V., a private limited liability company registered in Curaçao, having its registered and legal address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, holding a Curaçao Antillephone N.V. sub-license under master license 8048/JAZ, number 8048/JAZ2020-013, valid until at least 31 December 2026, and any authorised affiliates acting on its behalf in connection with the Voodoo brand and the website voodoo-aussie.com.
  • Website means the online service accessible at https://voodoo-aussie.com and any associated pages, including content made available under the project name Voodoo that provide information about the Voodoo brand and related gambling services.
  • User or you means any natural person who accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the Website, whether or not such person creates an account with the Operator on its casino platform (including via https://voodoocasino.com or other domains operated by Dama N.V.).
  • Player means a User who has successfully registered a gambling account with the Operator on its casino platform and participates in real-money or bonus gameplay.
  • Account means a personal gambling account created with the Operator on its casino platform, which enables a Player to deposit funds, place Bets, receive Bonuses, and request Withdrawals. For the avoidance of doubt, mere use of Voodoo content does not in itself create an Account.
  • Bet means any stake, wager, or risk of value (including real money, Bonus funds, or free spins) placed by a Player in connection with the games or services offered by the Operator.
  • Wager means the act of staking value on the outcome of a game, event, or other gambling activity, and may also refer to the aggregate staking requirement attached to a Bonus (for example, a 40x wagering requirement).
  • Bonus means any promotional benefit, including but not limited to bonus funds, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credits, granted to a Player by the Operator under specific terms and conditions.
  • Deposit means any transfer of funds by a Player or prospective Player to the Operator's designated payment accounts for the purpose of engaging in gambling activities.
  • Withdrawal means any transfer of funds from the Player's Account with the Operator to the Player's chosen payment method, subject to these Terms and any applicable verification requirements.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification and due-diligence procedures implemented by the Operator, including verification of age, identity, address, and source of funds where applicable.
  • AU or Australia means the Commonwealth of Australia and its states and territories. References to Australian law include, without limitation, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and the powers of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
  • Services means the informational, review, and referral services provided via voodoo-aussie.com in relation to the Voodoo casino offering, and, where relevant, the underlying gambling services provided by the Operator under Curaçao law.
  • Terms means this Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions document as amended from time to time.

Account Registration

The Website itself may be accessed without registration; however, to place Bets or participate in gambling activities with the Operator you must register an Account on the Operator's designated casino platform. By initiating or completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law of your country of residence sets a higher age for participation in online gambling. Accessing real-money gambling services while underage is strictly prohibited.
  • Australian residents: The Operator is licensed in Curaçao and is not licensed in Australia. Offshore gambling services may be subject to blocking by ACMA under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are of legal gambling age there.
  • Legal capacity: You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.

Registration Process

  • Account creation: To open an Account, you must provide at least a valid email address, create a secure password, and supply any additional details requested (such as full name, date of birth, country of residence, and preferred currency).
  • Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking on a verification link sent to the address you provided before your Account becomes active.
  • KYC documentation: At registration, before processing Withdrawals, or at any time during your relationship with the Operator, you may be asked to submit KYC documents. These may include:
    • Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver licence);
    • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, issued within the last three months);
    • Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., redacted card copy, e-wallet screenshot);
    • Additional documents related to source of funds where reasonably required.
  • Verification period: The Operator aims to process KYC checks promptly, typically within several business days; however, longer periods may occur where additional checks are necessary, and you acknowledge that Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout the life of your Account is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly update any changes (e.g., address, email).
  • One Account policy: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for the Voodoo brand. Creation of multiple Accounts may lead to closure of duplicate Accounts, cancellation of Bonuses, and confiscation of winnings.
  • Password and security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your devices. Any activity conducted under your Account using the correct credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you.
  • Unauthorised use: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or used without your authorisation, you must immediately notify the Operator at [email protected]. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account while it investigates.
  • Prohibited use: You must not:
    • Register an Account or place Bets on behalf of another person;
    • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
    • Access or attempt to access the Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where you are not permitted to participate.

Regional Compliance Note: Users in Australia must be aware that ACMA may block access to offshore gambling services viewed as operating contrary to the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. The Operator's Curaçao licence does not constitute an Australian licence, and no statement on Voodoo should be interpreted as suggesting otherwise.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Once you have successfully registered and funded an Account with the Operator, the following rules apply to your participation in betting and gameplay.

Placing Bets

  • Stake limits: Each game or betting product has specific minimum and maximum stake limits determined by the Operator or its software providers. These will be displayed within the game interface. You agree not to attempt to place Bets outside of these limits.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted only when it has been registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your game history or transaction records. If any discrepancy arises between your device display and the Operator's records, the Operator's server records will prevail.
  • Irreversibility: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed, you may not cancel or modify it, except where such cancellation is explicitly offered by the game rules or permitted due to a demonstrable technical error.
  • Game rules: All Bets are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or product, as provided by the Operator and/or the underlying software supplier. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing Bets.

Fair Play and Prohibited Practices

  • Fairness: Games are operated using random number generators (RNGs) or other mechanisms designed to ensure fair and random outcomes. Certification of the SoftSwiss platform by iTech Labs (2023) is referenced as an institutional standard; however, it does not constitute a direct certification of Dama N.V. Unless otherwise stated, game outcomes are final and binding.
  • Prohibited conduct: You must not engage in:
    • Any form of collusion, use of automated tools or bots, advantage play based on software loopholes, or exploitation of obvious bugs, glitches, or display errors;
    • Chargeback abuse or use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods;
    • Any strategy that relies on group play or coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes or bonuses.
  • Consequences: If the Operator reasonably suspects that you have engaged in prohibited conduct, it may void affected Bets, confiscate associated winnings, cancel Bonuses, suspend or close your Account, and/or report your activities to relevant authorities.

Live Casino, Chats and User Behaviour

  • Respectful communication: Where live casino games or chat functions are available, you must treat dealers, staff, and other players with respect. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:
    • Insults, harassment, threats, or abusive language;
    • Use of racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory remarks;
    • Spam, advertising, or promotion of other services.
  • Fraud and collusion: In live games, you must not collaborate with other players to gain an unfair advantage, exchange sensitive information about hands or outcomes, or otherwise interfere with the normal course of the game.
  • Moderation: The Operator or its service providers may monitor chats and live interactions. It may remove messages, issue warnings, suspend chat privileges, or take further action (including Account suspension) in the event of misconduct.

Errors and Malfunctions

  • Technical failures: In the event of a system or communication error, malfunction of hardware or software, or interruption of gameplay (for example, due to network failure), the Operator will, where possible:
    • Restore the game state to the last recorded correct position on the Operator's servers; or
    • Void the affected Bets and refund the original stake to your Account.
  • Displayed information: If odds, pay-tables, balances, or other game information are displayed incorrectly on your device due to a technical error, the Operator reserves the right to correct such information, void associated Bets, and rectify Account balances in accordance with the correct data.

Bonus Terms

Bonuses offered in connection with the Voodoo brand are subject to specific terms that are in addition to these general Terms. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to the following principles, as supplemented by the particular promotion rules displayed at the time the Bonus is offered.

Bonus Eligibility and Activation

  • Offer availability: Bonuses may be offered on a discretionary basis, targeted by region, player profile, or campaign. The Operator may restrict or withdraw any Bonus offer without prior notice where permitted by applicable law and the promotion's own rules.
  • Activation conditions: To activate a Bonus you may need to:
    • Enter a Bonus code during registration or Deposit;
    • Make a qualifying Deposit of at least the minimum amount indicated in the promotion; or
    • Opt in via the "Promotions" or "Bonuses" section of your Account.
  • One Bonus per person: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, payment method, or device. Multiple Accounts created to abuse promotions may be closed and associated winnings forfeited.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Wagering: Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 40x bonus amount). This is the total amount you must Wager before Bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable.
  • Contribution rates: Different games may contribute differently to wagering (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games contribute a lower percentage or are excluded). The applicable contribution table will be set out in the specific promotion terms.
  • Time limits: Bonuses and free spins typically have an expiry period (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Unless otherwise stated, promotional time limits will not extend beyond 31 December 2026.

Maximum Bets, Winnings and Restricted Actions

  • Maximum Bet while wagering: A maximum Bet limit (for example, AUD 7.50 or equivalent per spin or game round) may apply while wagering a Bonus. Exceeding the maximum Bet may result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
  • Game restrictions: Certain games or game categories may be excluded from Bonus play or may have reduced contribution. Playing excluded games while wagering a Bonus may be considered Bonus abuse.
  • Prohibited strategies: The following actions may be treated as abusive:
    • "Low-risk" betting strategies (e.g., simultaneous betting on red and black in roulette);
    • Delaying game rounds or using "gamble" features strategically to circumvent wagering rules;
    • Using Bonus funds primarily to progress through game stages, and then completing those stages with real-money bets to harvest higher-value payouts.
  • Maximum winnings: Certain Bonuses may cap the maximum amount you can win or withdraw from Bonus funds (for example, up to a stated multiple of the Bonus or Deposit). Any winnings exceeding such cap may be removed upon Withdrawal.

Combining Promotions

  • No stacking: Unless expressly allowed, you may not combine multiple active Bonuses or promotions on the same Deposit or series of Bets.
  • Order of use: If you have both real-money and Bonus balances, real-money funds may be used first, followed by Bonus funds, unless the Operator specifies a different order in its promotion rules.
  • Cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus by contacting support at [email protected]. If you cancel a Bonus before completing wagering, the Bonus amount and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Regional Compliance Note: Bonus offers and promotional communications directed to persons in Australia must be understood in light of Australian advertising standards and the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. No Bonus description on Voodoo should be interpreted as implying that the Operator holds an Australian licence or that participation is lawful for every Australian resident; Users must independently verify the legality of participation in their state or territory.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits and Withdrawals between you and the Operator are subject to the following terms, in addition to any rules displayed in the cashier or payment interface.

Deposit Methods and Processing

  • Available methods: The Operator may make available a range of payment methods, including:
    • Debit and credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, where permitted);
    • E-wallets and online payment services (e.g., Skrill, Neteller, or similar providers);
    • Bank transfers and instant banking options; and
    • Cryptocurrencies supported by the Operator's platform.
  • Limits: Each payment method may have specific minimum and maximum Deposit limits. These will be indicated in the cashier interface and may differ by currency, jurisdiction, and player status.
  • Fees: The Operator generally seeks not to charge Deposit fees, but reserves the right to do so where its payment partners impose charges or where operationally necessary. Any fees applicable to a Deposit will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.
  • Ownership of funds: You must only use payment instruments (card, account, wallet, or crypto address) that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is not permitted and may lead to reversal of transactions and Account closure.

Withdrawals

  • General rules: Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed using the same method and in the same direction as the Deposit (the "original payment method" rule). If this is not possible, the Operator may require an alternative method that satisfies its security and regulatory requirements.
  • Verification: The Operator may require completion of KYC procedures before processing Withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents by 31 December 2026, or within any shorter period notified to you, may result in cancellation or reversal of pending Withdrawals and potential Account suspension.
  • Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review and process Withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe - typically within 24 - 72 hours for standard Users. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your chosen payment provider and can take longer.
  • Limits and instalments: Daily, weekly, or monthly Withdrawal limits may apply and may vary depending on your player status, verification level, and any applicable Bonus terms. Large Withdrawals may be paid out in instalments in accordance with the Operator's policies.
  • Fees: The Operator may charge reasonable fees for Withdrawals, particularly where:
    • You request more than a specified number of Withdrawals within a defined period; or
    • Currency conversion or intermediary bank fees are incurred.
    Any Operator-imposed fee will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the Withdrawal.

Refunds, Reversals and Adjustments

  • Refunds of Deposits: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for betting. In exceptional circumstances (such as demonstrable error, fraud, or technical malfunction), the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, agree to refund an unused portion of your balance.
  • Bet voidance: Where a Bet is voided due to an identified error or malfunction, the Operator will typically refund the stake to your Account. Any winnings from such voided Bet will not be payable.
  • Bonus-related adjustments: If the Operator determines that a Bonus has been granted, credited, or utilised in error or in breach of Bonus terms, it may remove the Bonus and associated winnings, and adjust your balance accordingly.
  • Chargebacks and disputes with payment providers: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid reason may result in immediate suspension of your Account and reporting to relevant authorities. You remain liable for any negative balance resulting from chargebacks, fees, or reversals initiated by you or your payment provider.

Regional Compliance Note: Australian financial institutions and payment service providers may apply their own restrictions or monitoring regarding transactions associated with offshore gambling. You are solely responsible for complying with any terms imposed by your bank or payment provider and for any consequences arising from your use of such services to fund gambling activity.

Limitation of Liability

The Operator aims to provide a secure, fair, and reliable service, but it cannot guarantee that the Website or gambling services will be available without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations apply.

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness of games: The Operator will use reputable software providers and RNG systems intended to ensure fair and random outcomes. References to external certifications (such as the iTech Labs certificate for the SoftSwiss platform) are provided as evidence of industry standards but do not create additional warranties beyond those mandated by law.
  • Accuracy of results: Game results and transaction records as stored on the Operator's servers constitute the official record of all Bets and outcomes. Where discrepancies arise, the Operator will investigate and, where appropriate, correct Account balances.
  • Security: The Operator will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and funds, including encryption and access controls. However, perfect security cannot be guaranteed.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for:
    • Interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by failures of your equipment, internet connection, or software;
    • Denial-of-service attacks, viruses, or other malicious code affecting your devices; and
    • Errors or omissions in information displayed on your screen if such information is inconsistent with the Operator's server records.
  • Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
  • Responsible gambling: Gambling involves risk. The Operator does not guarantee that you will win and is not responsible for any losses you may incur. It is your responsibility to ensure that you gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or becomes harmful.

Maximum Liability

  • Cap on compensation: Without limiting mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, the maximum aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any claim arising out of a particular Bet or game round shall not exceed the amount of the Bet or stake placed in connection with that disputed transaction.
  • Aggregate cap: In any event, the total liability of the Operator to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, in relation to your use of the Services over any rolling twelve-month period shall not exceed the lesser of:
    • The total amount of Deposits you have made to your Account with the Operator during that period; and
    • Such other cap as may be prescribed by applicable law.

Regional Compliance Note: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy or any guarantee, warranty, or other term implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where such rights apply, the Operator's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, audio and video materials, and compilations thereof, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Ownership

  • Content: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, Voodoo content, and the Voodoo brand (including the domain voodoo-aussie.com) are owned by the Operator or its licensors, and are reserved.
  • Third-party materials: Game titles, software, graphics, and other content provided by third-party suppliers remain the property of those suppliers and are used by the Operator under licence.

Permitted Use

  • Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes.
  • Restrictions: You must not, without prior written consent from the Operator:
    • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any part of the Website or its content;
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any software provided via the Website, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
    • Use any automated means (including spiders, robots, crawlers, or scripts) to access, monitor, or copy the Website or its content for any purpose.

Infringement

  • Notice: If you believe that any content on voodoo-aussie.com or within Voodoo infringes your intellectual property rights, you should notify the Operator in writing at [email protected] with sufficient detail to enable investigation.
  • Remedies: The Operator may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing materials and take such other steps as it considers appropriate, including suspension or termination of Accounts associated with repeated infringement.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to the Operator. Personal data collected in connection with your use of the Website and the Services is processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.

  • Privacy Policy reference: The Privacy Policy explains:
    • What personal data is collected and for what purposes (e.g., account management, KYC, anti-fraud, marketing with consent where required);
    • The legal bases for processing and the rights you may have under applicable data protection laws; and
    • How long data is retained and how it is protected.
  • Consent and updates: By using the Website or opening an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described therein, as amended up to and including 31 December 2026. Continued use of the Services after changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Regional Compliance Note: Data processing for Users located in Australia is carried out in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Australian privacy and consumer protection laws. Cross-border transfers of personal data may occur to Curaçao and other jurisdictions for operational and regulatory purposes.

Changes to Terms

The Operator may need to amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technical developments, or its business practices.

Amendment Procedure

  • Notice of changes: Material changes to these Terms will, where reasonably practicable, be communicated to you by one or more of the following methods:
    • Displaying a prominent banner or pop-up notification on the Website;
    • Sending an email to the address associated with your Account; or
    • Requiring you to re-accept the updated Terms when you next log in or attempt to place a Bet.
  • Effective date: Unless otherwise stated, changes will take effect from the date specified in the updated Terms. Continued use of the Website or Services after that date will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

User Options in Case of Disagreement

  • Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Website and, if you have an Account, contact support at [email protected] to arrange closure and Withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance, subject to verification and applicable rules.
  • Bonus and promotion impact: Where changes affect Bonus terms or promotion availability, such changes will apply only to Bonuses claimed after the effective date, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.

Termination & Suspension

The Operator and the User each have rights to terminate or suspend access to the Services and/or an Account under the circumstances set out below.

Termination or Suspension by the Operator

  • Grounds: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to certain Services, or withhold funds where it reasonably believes that:
    • You have breached these Terms or any game-specific or Bonus terms;
    • You are underage or have provided false or misleading information;
    • You have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other unlawful activity;
    • Your use of the Services contravenes the law or regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction (including Australia) or exposes the Operator to regulatory risk;
    • There are chargebacks or disputes involving your payment methods; or
    • Requested KYC documents have not been provided or verified.
  • Procedure: Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will notify you of the suspension or termination by email and may request additional information or documents. However, in cases of suspected fraud or legal obligation, it may act without prior notice.
  • Funds on termination: Upon closure of your Account:
    • Any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to investigation, chargeback, Bonus restrictions, or legal obligation will generally be returned to you via a method reasonably determined by the Operator;
    • Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not met the relevant wagering requirements will be forfeited; and
    • The Operator may withhold funds to the extent necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requests or to recover losses resulting from your breach.

Termination by the User

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. The Operator may require verification of your identity before processing the request.
  • Withdrawals on closure: Subject to KYC and any ongoing investigation, the Operator will refund any remaining real-money balance using an appropriate payment method. Bonus balances and related winnings that have not met wagering conditions will be removed.

Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling

  • Self-exclusion tools: The Operator may provide tools for self-exclusion or setting limits (e.g., deposit limits, loss limits, session limits). Details will be available in your Account settings or by contacting support.
  • Australian context: Gambling can be associated with significant harm. Research from the Australian Institute of Family Studies and peer-reviewed academic sources (including the Journal of Gambling Studies) highlights the importance of limits, self-awareness, and professional support. If you are in Australia and concerned about your gambling, you should seek help from local support services and consider self-exclusion measures offered by the Operator or other schemes in your state or territory.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The following provisions govern the law applicable to these Terms and the mechanisms for resolving disputes.

Governing Law

  • Primary law: These Terms, and any contractual relationship between you and the Operator in connection with the Website and the Services, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory laws of another jurisdiction (such as Australian consumer protection laws) apply and cannot be excluded.
  • Australian regulatory overlay: For Users accessing the Services from Australia, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and related regulations may apply to the legality of certain gambling services and to enforcement actions (such as ACMA site blocking). Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as limiting any powers of Australian regulators or your rights under non-excludable Australian laws.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints process: If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you should first contact the Operator's customer support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. The Operator will acknowledge receipt and endeavour to investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
  • Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request that the matter be escalated within the Operator's organisation or, where available, to an external dispute resolution body recognised in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
  • Arbitration / courts: Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have, any unresolved dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms may be submitted to:
    • Binding arbitration in Curaçao under rules selected by the Operator and notified to you; or
    • The competent courts of Curaçao, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless another forum is required by mandatory law.

Regional Compliance Note: Nothing in this section deprives Australian consumers of any right to bring proceedings in an Australian court where such right is granted by non-excludable law. However, you acknowledge that the Operator is an offshore entity licensed in Curaçao and that practical enforcement of any judgment may be subject to the laws and procedures of that jurisdiction.
